BioI have created this journal in order to ensure that I do something productive on every day of my 6 week holiday. It would be all too easy to stay in bed 'til noon every day. That, however would be boring, and wasteful.
I promise, that at least once in every week, I will try to:
1. Help someone else.
2. Do something nice for a friend, family member and a stranger.
3. Try something new.
4. Talk to someone I haven't spoken to for a while.
5. Visit a friend, or invite them to visit me.
6. Walk in the countryside/explore my local area.
7. Learn something new about my surroundings.
8. Do something that will make my life better in the future.
9. Do something that makes me feel happy.
10. Do something that challenges me.
